As a Fire-Safety Guard in Geleen, you are the first line of defense against workplace hazards and the guardian of your colleagues' safety.

• Risk Assessment: You perform a Last Minute Risk Analysis (LMRA) before any work commences;
• Safety Monitoring: You supervise hot work activities and ensure all rules and procedures are strictly followed;
• Supervision: You check in with clients for instructions and manage the necessary work permits;
• Intervention: You intervene immediately in unsafe situations and guide staff to evacuation points if necessary;
• Incident Management: You inform all relevant parties during incidents and follow emergency protocols;
• Communication: You act as the key link between the site workers and the safety management team.
